Nichole started in the insurance industry part time while attending college.  She graduated from Northern Maine Technical College with an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science with a major in Medical Administration.  She was offered the opportunity right out of college to work in a small local independent insurance agency in her hometown of Caribou Maine where she began her career in the insurance industry.  Nichole studied and obtained her Property & Casualty License in 1998.  Nichole moved to Central Maine in 2003 remaining in the insurance industry.  She has over 20 years’ experience working in all lines of property and casualty insurance and for the last 16 years has been primarily working with businesses to ensure they have the right coverages in place at the right price.  Her passion is building strong personal relationships based on trust, transparency and active communication to deliver the best possible solutions to her clients.  She believes in continuing her education to bring the best value and knowledge to her clients.  She holds many certificates and has the Accredited Customer Service Representative and Certified Professional Insurance Woman designations.  She recently completed all required courses and is now a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC).  She believes in designing the right solutions to optimize your business for long-term performance and optimal health.  Partnering with you every step of the way to keep your insurance needs on track so you can focus on growing your business.

Outside of work Nichole is involved in local events and volunteering.  She believes in helping each other however we can and making our communities the best that they can be.  She enjoys running, hiking, kayaking and spending time with her family and friends.
