Kathy started working at our agency in 1990 and has been a licensed insurance agent since 1992.  She is the daughter of former agency Principal, Stephen Higgins.  She heads the Personal Lines Department and manages the day-to-day operation at the agency.  She has attained the Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) designation.  When her children, Chase, Jared and Dylan were in school, she spent much of her time volunteering for school activities.  She was an active board member of the Messalonskee All Sports Boosters.  Now that the boys are grown, she is renewing her enjoyment of golf.  Kathy has been a lifelong resident of Oakland.
