Kathy joined our agency in 1990 and has been a licensed insurance agent since 1992. The daughter of former agency Principal Stephen Higgins, she leads the Personal Lines Department and oversees the agency’s day-to-day operations. Kathy has earned the Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) designation.  With over three decades of experience, she is dedicated to providing clients with knowledgeable and personalized service.

Kathy enjoys golfing (especially with her three grown sons), traveling, music (providing daily office entertainment), going to plays and musicals, Red Sox, keeping plants alive, painting and occasionally binge-watching a good series.  Kathy always appreciates a relaxing day of peace and quiet to recharge.
